The Expert Learning Lab is the leading national center and an international role model for industrial and continuous learning for technical experts. It is an innovative environment for cross-organizational learning where industry and academia collaborate to ensure Sweden’s future competitiveness.

Fortos was appointed as Project Manager to coordinate the workstreams in the project. We acted as a neutral party, to navigate among the eight parties, to secure one common vision for the Lab . With clear project set up and great collaboration among all participants, we moved the project forward together.
